Bali, Indonesia; Cruise Day 70

Not unlike in Bora Bora, we decided use use Bali as a spot to get away from the ship to unwind for a few days. Cruising becomes very tiring when there are so many things to choose from daily.

The plan is to overnight in Bali for two nights, fly to Singapore, overnight there, and then reconnect with the ship.

With huts right over the ocean, no place that I have been to has the wow factor of Bora Bora.  That said, no place I have been to has the tranquility factor that we are experiencing here at The Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay.

We have a large ultra private villa, with a direct water view, an outdoor gazebo type place for eating, our own patio, and our own plunge pool.

The concierge set us up for dinner in town at a place called Breeze. We ate on the grass, just feet away from the breakers. We had great food, great ambiance, great service and great company.

Once again as lazy tourists, we have opted to cancel the sightseeing tomorrow for an opportunity to stay here longer. Although it is difficult to make out, note that those are breakers right behind us at dinner.
