The Los Angeles Conundrum

How do a mother and daughter get together for dinner in L.A. when they are 22 miles away and downtown is in the middle? It is no secret that this is a cinch 2 1/2 hour drive assuming no accidents.

Barry to the rescue. I found a great Italian restaurant, Drago Centro, downtown. It is in the middle and both ladies were able to make the drive in just under an hour. Simple arithmetic shows less total driving time because neither had to buck the going home traffic.

Dinner was good, the company better and the drive back was only 10 minutes.
