(Still) Enroute to Pitcairn Island; Cruise Day 42
The staff was very kind congratulating Allyn by decorating our room today with balloons and things for her talent show win.
All over the ship, people were congratulating me as well as her. It seems like everybody voted for her. Then, when I was in the gym today, I heard a guy say to the “guitar player” that he voted for him. But earlier, this same guy told Allyn he voted for her. Oh well.
Some friends of ours, Arlene and Irwin, had a 50th anniversary today and renewed their vows. It was quite nice. Personally I am not a big fan of renewals for philosophical reasons, but I certainly have no problem if others like it.
