Maldives
The Maldives is the smallest Asian country in both population and area. It is also the last Asian country we are visiting on our world cruise. Do not confuse it with the Far East. We are actually west of India, on the way to Africa.
The best it has going for itself is that you can win a trivia question about it. It is the lowest country on the planet. It’s highest point is 7 ft 7 in above sea level.
In keeping with the oceanness of this country, we toured today via submarine diving down 100 feet.
