Zermatt
We enjoyed Alpine scenery today, traveling from Interlaken to Zermatt.
We took the coach over Susten Pass to Andermatt with stops at little villages, viewpoints and lunch on the way.
At Andermatt, we picked up the Glacier Express train, known as “the slowest fast train in the world” for a spectacular three hour journey through the Alps to Zermatt.
To take advantage of the great views, we had a comfortable, panoramically made rail car designed for the trip.
