Sailing Past East Timor
It seemed like it was special-order night in the dining room tonight. Allyn loves a whole fish and likes to debone it herself. The chef hand selected for Allyn and Gulten an ultra fresh rock cod in Darwin, and prepared them salt crusted — which was delicious and made for a beautiful presentation.
Our neighbors at the next table had a standing rib roast that had me drooling. I was too full to mooch some of it; the rib was served when we were on dessert.
East Timor is the youngest (most recent) country in the world. It is a poor country that received its independence from Indonesia this decade.It lies between Australia and Indonesia.
