Hong Kong
Hong Kong is still my favorite city outside the US. It has the same type electric vibe as New York.
Unfortunately the ship anchored way out in the boonies. We took that as an opportunity to stay at the Peninsula. It may have the best service of any hotel in the world.
Our package included a roundtrip pickup in their famous Rolls Royce. We were only a block away, but what the heck.
Like other big, fancy cities, it is not all luxury all over town.
Allyn even looks great while sightseeing.
We spent the morning at Apple. It is an ultra-impressive store in a city full of impressive stores.
The Queen Elizabeth was in town. They carry over 2,000 passengers and is probably the dressiest ship at sea. Yuk.
