On Thursday I gave a presentation to University of Washington Business School alumni about why poker should be taught in MBA School. It was both fun and very well received.
Friday they had me in a more intimate setting discussing the real estate business with students in that discipline.
The day was highlighted by a visit to the house I grew up in during the 50s and 60s. The owners were so gracious to show us around. We shared lots of anecdotes, learning from each other about changes that have been made there in the last 50 years.
Real estate is still all about location. How I miss the water living in Las Vegas.
