Cut Steakhouse at Pallazzo Las Vegas

Tonight, we ate at Wolfgang Puck’s Cut, which according to Bon Appétit Magazine is one of the top three steakhouses in the country.

Interestingly our favorite item was @jesshoran ‘s Whole Roasted French Sea Bass, Sweet Pepper Romesco, Garlic, and Toasted Almonds which was beautifully filleted tableside.
