A world class gourmet dining and education experience was enjoyed by 12 of us last night, complements of our friends Bob and Sandi Kolitz.

Allyn looked great as usual.

Our seven-course meal was paired by special wines from seven countries.On top of everything else, each course was served with special panache.

As an aside, I had planned (read that hoped) to drop 10 extra pounds this trip. February was just break-even. Some think that’s a positive thing, all things considered.
