Saigon is not my favorite. See last year’s blogs here and here.
 
However since we overnighted in Saigon, we took it as an opportunity to seek out a great restaurant. We did.

 
The finest restaurant in Vietnam is Square One in Saigon’s Park Hyatt Hotel. Food, décor and service were all outstanding.
