KokoMana chocolate farm and factory in Savusavu, Fiji, 2026

Today we visited the KokoMana chocolate farm and factory in Fiji. Here cocoa is grown in environmentally sustainable conditions.

We learned about the many processing steps used to develop the unique flavor of their chocolate in their small factory.

Although KokoMana has several flavors of chocolate, they produce only 200 bars weekly. Compare that to Hershey which produces 80 million kisses and 1 million milk chocolate bars daily.
