Bordeaux, France
Even before docking anybody can see Bordeaux is an elegant city.
We walked it by day.
Taking advantage of an overnight stop we were able to walk the city in the evening as well. Plus we had time for two fine meals.
It was a perfect opportunity for Allyn to sport her new French hat and scarf.
Of course we made time for a visit to the active synagogue with 1,000 families that was built in 1882.
Their wine is good, but it’s not Napa. :)
